Even though I was not looking for it and also avoid much of the news because of the outrageous level of fakeness and corruption there, yesterday I heard what makes me want to ask again how do some western countries accept for themselves to go after and prosecute support for Terrorism while they themselves sell weapons to undemocratic regimes?

922: Being Just Versus Refusing Reality
On one hand one may wonder how can that difference in earning by gender in soccer be justified by the quality of playing the game. On the other hand, it seems that most, if not all, well known tennis tournaments have the same winning prize money for men and women. If I were having the authority there, I would have made better justice my first priority. For example, I would not let how much it could be taken as suggesting men being better than women in that sport (even though the comparison is only top to top) make me hesitant to make that prize based on actual performance. That is because being just and fair is what I feel the calling for. Other than that, I am not the creator of the world and do not consider it may responsibility to replace reality with something else. I think that many people may not be applying sufficient attention to that line. Although, also to be just, I have always had the feeling that requirements are often unnecessarily reduced on women's versions of sport games and that takes away from women the capability of presenting themselves through the best medium possible for comparing their performances with men's, and having only three sets for women versus five for men in tennis often occurs to me as one of those things.

Penalty in Soccer
Watching how two penalty awards spoiled the most recent game in the current NWSL competition makes me argue against this law in the game again. This all or nothing foul system for violations inside the penalty area does not make sense but people are sticking to it as if they are under a contract to do so. A person who commits any intentional foul can also be excluded from the remaining of the game. After all soccer is not supposed to have any intense physical contact among the players. But that is not practiced. So why is it okay to mess the game with the current penalty law?
Like I suggested before, the law for violations in the penalty area can require multiple goals by shooting from the penalty mark in order to count as one goal in the score of the game, and the determination for the number of kicks can be left to the referee under some general guidelines and limits. Alternatively, the current penalty law can be applied for only the five minutes, or some other short period, at the end, while for the rest of the time the law would depend on adding up errors in that area until the total level of violations there deserves the penalty kick award. The solution can also include a combination of those two suggestions.
I of course did not miss how, before those signs we currently see near the end of a game declaring the amount of additional time, leaving that to the determination of the referee was also treated like a law from the sky. And what about those video reviews which sometimes require even the referee to pause the game and attend to them personally? And imagine how much one in the past could have been ridiculed for suggesting going back in the game if an error was determined after reviewing the video while the game is still being played. So how long this penalty law will continue to mess soccer until it becomes accepted that it is essential to have a better law and probably even more essential than those changes just mentioned?
By the way, the talk about selection for women national soccer team reminds me to point out how, although they might have had good individual skills, the playing of the team in that last world cup, was, frankly speaking, horrible in being unharmonized and more like street soccer and unlike how women soccer clubs I am currently watching here seams to play as team . I do not know how one can avoid blaming the coach for that. The beauty of team playing was the first thing I noticed in women's soccer in that world cup but that was often missed with the US team. My favorite team to win that world cup was England's team (although not a fan of how tight some of their players were wearing their shirts).

+288 (second amendment interpretation 215: Argument For The Whole Amendment- 7)
Picking things from after the argument for the word "the" in "the security" in the preceding post, I do not know what made me wonder that far for something like this. The first comma preserves the abstraction of the two part clause "A well regulated Militia". Since an abstract Militia belongs to an abstract State, the test for the necessity of a well regulated Militia in the Amendment includes only what exist externally at the general environment and with the words "free" and "security" applying only externally. Clearly this test leads to the answer of no necessity for our time.
I may come back to elaborate on the core above but I did not want to postpone it for that. The same goes for the argument for the implementation versus concept for a Militia in the preceding post, which also was wrong. However, I still want to mention here that because of how the abstraction suffices by itself, it seems that the capitalization on both sides around the first comma is needed only for the same reason that was discussed before which is related to how the descriptions "well regulated" and "free" should exist as statuses not just descriptions for what is being described.

Not wearing a face mask here, and if I were with the authority, I could have invaded Florida for that fake court which supposedly tried Zimmerman for killing Trayvon Martin. The system is so corrupt that, Zimmerman, because of the strength of the corruption force backing him, appeared so far from being really concerned about what was going on to the level of probably struggling to keep a serious face.

Related to the preceding post, I am not okay with the level of arguing with regard to the connection for the clauses around the first comma but I posted yesterday because I did not want a potential deadline to pass without making the best argument I can. Also it is not a bad idea to give the readers more time to think about what was made while I try to add what I think is still needed.

275: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 14: Again The Response Looks Missing The Target
Even though there maybe a significant amount of questioning for how this virus was called as the cause of death for many of the situations that involved pre existing conditions, still if there is one thing that may answer the question in the preceding post it is that pre existing condition explanation. However, the response that is supposed to be because of this virus is again wasting energy and imposing restrictions on the general public to whom infection for the vast majority would most probably be like a passing flu. On the other hand if I were somebody with a related pre existing condition I may appreciate something that enables me to stay far from the probability of infection like a financial support for example but it would not make me alter even a little the precaution I take not to be infected by the outside having even everybody else wears breathing mask.

274: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 13: Counting In That Elephant In The Room
Up to this point my conspiracy talk here did not extend to the data itself that is related to the death count related to this virus. But now I do not see a trust in any reporting out there that is capable of stopping this question:
How could an infection related disease have that many mortality cases in countries like this while not affecting even close to that many other places where infection has much bigger opportunity to spread? Look at the statistics about other countries. If this virus kills that many here with this level of cleanliness in the public environment and interactions among people, how many it would have killed at places like where I came from and other places that are even not as good as the latter in those qualities? Isn't this a joke? Like how all the consumption here for butter and saturated fat makes sense for things like heart disease and stroke to be more common here, it should be the other way around with infections. Nothing can explain this except a game and conspiracy being played at some selected countries.

However, deciding not to refuse additional compensation does not mean wanting to sit and wait for it. On the contrary, if I were to be told your offer to the corruption guy was accepted for what you kept to yourself of it, do you want to end things now or wait for a chance to double that? My choice would be to end things now. Now that the issue at the court seems to be only about the level of compensation I should get and not about reacting to the wrong that happened to the system with regard to the two cases I have at the court, and there seems to be no intention for directing the part of the offer I returned to the court to some other purpose, I do not feel good about waiting, especially with the compensation issue being about an extra level that was attached to some unrelated thing not any harm or hardship I experienced.
By the way, some at the court may think that they got some good will action from the corruption guy to give me extra time to finish with the Second Amendment (which I try not to care about and instead work on my own timing, or otherwise I feel like a beggar), while I was able to detect that my issue at the court was about to be resolved by seeing how stocks I watch went up, then detect a change in the timing for that by seeing how the pressure was brought back to those stocks and they got driven down.
The corruption guy seems to think that he would have his way with the market in the meantime without that kind of competition from me while ultimately he most probably will not pay more than what I kept for myself in the offer I made to him. He is probably right at least because I do not find it easy to think while I am in this position.

884: Dealing With Corona Virus
Look at the death of people with underlying conditions in the first table Here. Have the main and local governments in this country started yet to use that data to proactively protect the more vulnerable as suggested above? Or are they just letting them get infected, then count the number of deaths, inhibited by denial to earlier misdealing with the situation, or controlled by trying to establish a group identity through treating everyone the same way against this virus? Of course that is if the reason is not corruption to begin with.

272: The Question In Post 271
Back to the first part above, I might have exaggerated the technicality there. That is because what is needed could be just to let management know that they need to correct something wrong until it is in an acceptable stage. For management to Know that there is such intention behind the objection it receives may not need a language at a contract making level like it is suggested in the first paragraph above. Nevertheless, it does not seem like a bad idea to take such a precaution.

On second thought, if a wrong as obvious as this requires asking management to correct their action, before filing a derivative lawsuit, wouldn't that open a potential for an endless process here? They could correct only a fraction of the problem. So, in that case, would correcting that resulted new thing also requires asking management again to correct their action? If no, then wouldn't that be based on that it is an obvious wrong? So why was it required to ask management to correct their action toward that first obvious wrong at the start?

Although anyone can get in a similar position by buying shares of those companies, I still do not feel good toward not using the authority I have here as a shareholder, against this corruption, after all the criticism I did to those in the government who do not stand to corruption despite how this country desperately need that. So although I do not wish to add more things to this kind of my to do list, especially with the special impediment I get from this corruption guy, I think that I am going to file at least one derivative lawsuit against one nationwide department store. It may not contain much more than telling the court hey look no reasonable person can see this widespread closing to make sense.

Yahoo just deleted this post of mine from their Macy's (M) Stock "Conversation" Board (Corruption guy did not let it stay for one hour):
I cant see how they can justify closing their stores everywhere like this because of this corona virus. I intend to send them an email about potential lawsuit because of such unjustifiable action that is not in the benefit of their shareholders. I think that every big chain retailer closing their stores everywhere for no reasonable justification needs to be also warned like this. I cannot see any other reasonable explanation for these actions except the participation in a conspiracy to magnify this corona virus thing for the benefit of some corrupt wealthy entities, to negatively affect the stock market including their own stock and shareholders.

Do you really think that if there were not a big nasty conspiracy behind the scene, there would be this much acceptance to close businesses, by their owners? Are they really that convinced to make such sacrifices because of a reason as weak as this? Because they are ordered to do so? I think that if this situation were real and many businesses are themselves not part of the conspiracy, you would have seen lawyers representing companies camping overnight at the courts to object on receiving such orders, especially the big companies. Actually, here for example, not only that I never heard about refusal and enforcement for those orders, I am still not sure we have enforceable orders in that regard to begin with.

For whoever honestly not trying to burden the country and create artificial recession to help the wealthy corrupt have their way with the stock market (Although this aim itself could be a minor thing in comparison with not implementing the targeted protection, pointed out in the preceding post, for the two more vulnerable groups, instead of this mess and wasting of effort and resources while letting that number of deaths occur in those two groups) : I warned you. I told you that although the falsification that is going on around me in relation to my issue with the corruption guy is less than a joke in its effect on me personally, how can you be not worried that similar games could be played with more serious issues? 265: Corona, Corruption And Conspiracy - 6: Market Data
Even aside from how a pandemic may have just a transitory effect on the economy, the preceding post should not be taken as accepting the economic data resulted from this artificially affected economy as belonging to the original. It is beyond ridiculous to tell businesses to close and people not to go out unnecessarily, then bring data like the unemployment filing and retail sales as representing the real economy like they do without those directives . So despite how the related news may be presented in a form that suggests a direct link between this corona virus and some economic data, one may need to pay attention to the intermediate link mentioned above.
By the way, I wonder how many of the business owners or mangers, especially those at the big corporations, are so cool about closing their businesses, because of the relation they have with those who want to affect the stock market with this corona virus thing.

What if we do not take these precautions but later suffer sever consequences because of that? The answer to this worrying is that I am not arguing the direction to the end of the path of dealing with this issue here. Sometimes a problem needs to be dealt with through a step by step process with each step taken as an input to decide the next one. I am just saying that at this stage, things are far from justifying those policies. They look as reasonable as stopping people from traveling or commuting because sometimes car accidents happen.
