 Although not much as a challenge, this continuity of my situation with the corruption guy is troubling to me because I feel as if I am being taken for granted to be ready to be left in the unknown with no acknowledgment to my existence, in exchange for better compensation. So, my preference is to have this situation ended as soon as the decision about my offer gets made.

By the way, I wrote THIS intending it to be the last time I would need to put myself in a position where I appear talking to myself with no acknowledgment to my existence from the other side.

 Actually, although I may decide to file other lawsuits related to matters connected to this guy, here I refuse to accept anything beyond the offer I made. For any extra amount I may receive, I would first subtract an amount for its tax and then call on this guy to take the rest of it (This plan was already in my head when I published my book).

In case the reference to the tax in the above needs clarifying, the point is that when dealing with the IRS with regard to that amount I may choose the safety of considering myself to have owned that amount and pay the tax accordingly, leaving the matter of arguing the other interpretation to the guy.  

Also for a little better technicality, I am changing "may receive" in that part above to "would receive"

On second thought, I do not like to offer the guy that if he himself chooses the continuity of the situation. Therefore I am no longer holding myself to what I said above on  february 2. Instead it is good enough for me to replace that with this: I request from the court (and count on that this request would be granted soon enough if known) to allow this guy to end this matter at my offer by this sunday (february 11). Also, except for this request, this solution also cancels the preference degree over other factors, which I gave above for this to end as soon as possible.

Just read a letter from the IRS, dated 1/26. It contain tips for filing taxes, and one of them stated that (contrary to what my previous research which was strongly enforced by remembering that the people who were given cars on that talk show were told to pay the taxes on those cars led me to believe) the receiver of a gift is not required to pay the tax on that gift. So, how does this apply here? Doesn't my offer implies being ready to engage in a contact and that would make what I receive taxable? If so but instead what I would receive would for all tax purposes correctly account as gift, shouldn't the tax amount be deducted for the guy?

 I am allowing deducting the tax amount from the offer I made if it will be paid as none taxable gift according to the laws and regulations.

1082: Video Streaming Services Begging To Be Sued?

 I talked before about how on youtube they without explanation before the purchase use the word "buy" to mean that the purchased video remains with them not something you would receive. And if there could be give and take in arguments about this, how about the other issue I mentioned and they also still do it? I just purchased a video that was supposed to be high definition but the max resolution option on their own website for it is 480p. The video being a high definition was even not a secondary thing. Instead I got two options for that video (an episode of Chicago PD) standard definition at 1.99 or high definition at $2.99.

I just tried the same with vudu through equivalent interface and lack of warning and the result also seem to be the same. I paid for "HDX" but the quality does not look better than the 480p of youtube, although I did not see what confirms that on the former. So, it seems like this is a common practice.

 I actually thought the clock ticks argument in terms of beads or grains of sands accumulating with the clock ticks, and probably should have not skipped this level in expressing it.

 I talked before about how I find it unusual that people here may seek an apple rather than for example a cucumber or a carrot when one is in the mood for something crunchy. Then couple of days ago I ate an apple which was more on the crispy side of the brand I have been talking about and was reminded again of how that could lead to different evaluation. So in case that someone tasted that brand and thinks I am wrong in my evaluation, those apples probably were not ripe enough and should have been left at room temperature for couple of days or longer. I think that only when the texture of the apple feels crumbly one is really tasting that brand.

  What was that I did at the end of chapter four? In addition to the comma placement issue mentioned in post 1077, I first chose "...shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts..." as an example for comma separation for  prepositional and adverbial sections, even though the "and" belongs to neither of those categories, then at the end pointed out that "..shall return it, with his Objections..." would have allowed returning the bill without stating any objection had "and" been used instead of "with".

 I would like to correct whatever mistaken perceptions could be  out there about my situation and point out that no body has been waiting at the edge of his seat here since I published my book. In addition, that publishing was intended to be also like filing a case to the court, and the capability to count time on it as such is included in the offer I made the corruption guy.

I do not know what made me place the comma after rather than before "and" in "It would have been that other way, had it been, for example ...he shall return it and, his Objections....".
