That extreme concentration of sewage material into which I was born and lived treated me as if I and everything around me were not seriously existing, then when I followed along and put myself where they were assigning me to be they chose to double their betrayal. They couldn't resist the temptation of counting it on me to the outside that I blundered into a thing like that which they recently said about me. And that is despite how that thing, being that much neither public nor engaging another person nor substantially encroaching on some right nor for a reward worthy to the average person, can be seen as behaving loosely because of being confused about what count as existing of the self and the world, rather than being pulled by the strength of some temptation.

I hope that adding to my response or analysis regarding what was said recently about me would not add to what seems to be an already huge overestimation for how much I feel affected by that thing. I also  hope that me being on and off in doing that should be seen as much more the result of trying to divide my time between doing this and other things I want to do, and much less as a result of changing my root position because of a new effect from the  environment around me, regardless of how long I stay on the off status. Actually my work regarding telling my story in general has been that much on the off status yet I never changed my root position regarding doing that.

Also, I made an exception regarding what was recently said about me because its embarrassing nature could prevent communicating it to me. Otherwise, I really try to avoid continuing with the scenario of me facing the other side with my argument while that side take a God's like position dealing with me from the outside and I have to guess what it said about me. I lived my life with them in that position then dealt with the corruption guy under the same condition. Anyone can use the comment section to tell me or posting a link to where I can read what is being said about me to answer it.

 So apparently after all the conspiracy which I did not choose but was contained in it like an object while the conspirators create my world for me, from my childhood, the conspirators themselves brought a thing that is as bad as what they recently said about me. Why? Was it like had somebody back then, on the ground of such potentiality because of its connection to how the conspiracy was calling for disregarding my existence, questioned the control they took on me, their answer would have been "we do not know that is up to him"? 

The "MS&R" in the title stands for "My Story & Related". 

964: Praying To Be Sued?

 How relaxed those big corporations about the possibility of being prosecuted? Saw a buy button for a movie on YouTube  clicked it and paid expecting normal understanding for the word "buy" but it turned out, as it seems, that you would neither receive the movie on a CD nor can download it. There was no special mark on the word "buy" to bring attention to this special application. Actually it is hard to find even with internet search Google itself explains what buying a movie means or the difference between buying and renting according to how it applies those words and that is why I said "as it seems" above.

Then I went to PayPal to dispute and after submitting my email and password I got a screen that gave me no way to access my account unless I give a mobile phone number. What if the person does not have a phone, at least temporarily?

To be fair, I just checked Amazon and at least at the window that offers renting or buying the movie I did not see essential difference from google. Both explain what renting is but abstain from doing the same for the buying option like it is blaspheme.

 I really do not feel the energy to argue even about things like this. Most recently I wrote a post at this same number about this corruption guy @#$%#$% then deleted it. The post was connected to my shopping on Amazon. After that post I found that Amazon put an arrival date of about a week long to every thing I see on its websites. What is even stranger is that today, five days from that shopping date, in addition to finding almost everything arrives within the delivery time usually expected by a prime member, I still could have ordered the same thing I order then and with the same delivery date I got then. Anyway, I tried to ignore that and continue to my shopping but then no matter how many times I tried I still continued to receive THIS and even though in every time the item I was trying to buy (coconut flour) was listed as "in stock".

This corruption guy makes psychotic connection to people. They are to him like objects to manipulate. It seems that he often try to satisfy external demands to make things more convenient for me by blocking the less convenient options I have. He deals with me like water, you block its flowing from one path it has to go through the other. Last year he tried at the beginning of that mask in grocery stores joke, apparently because of similar pressure, to make me shop from inside those stores by messing picking up orders from the outside for me. Anyway, although I of course appreciate the caring thought, the end result of unnecessarily requiring this idiot to improve things for me is for me to be in a difficult situation even though the original inconvenience did not matter to me, and may end up spending my time writing things like this. I think that I have already shown how much I do not shy from making demands for myself if needed.

962: The Death of That Baby

I have been wondering for a long time what moral thing  knowing the story below puts on me and finally decided to send it to the district attorney at some time later. But now I think that doing this here is better. 

My middle brother had a new born who, based on what was told to me, seemed to be in a much less health than normal babies, because of a premature birth. While I was still living separately but in a house belonging to one of them, one day my mother came to that house and told me suggesting it as a big issue that the father and mother of that baby want to take him with them in an overseas trip despite that the nurse who used to come for the baby said that he should not be moved. Awhile later I moved to live with her in her house. One day my oldest brother who is also a doctor came and started warning that that baby will not be able to survive that trip. To that she responded telling him that he needed to go to them and tell them that rather than coming here. I still did not know what to make of what I am hearing. But one day much later my mother told me that that baby died, about a week or so according to what I remember, after coming back of that trip and that they called the nurse who came and asked "Who moved him? " but they told her nobody did that and he died on his own. She also told me that they did the death wash to that baby in the house of that oldest brother, and also complemented some outsider for giving them a burial spot during a time when everybody were "shaking" (because of fear of legal responsibility, as suggested by the earlier part of that talk which involved telling me how she threatened the mother of that child that she can inform the police about her).

Actually, that post has a potential shortcoming (aside from misspelling "winning") that may conflict a little bit with the purpose of trying to free the thinking of the other side from spending unnecessary effort here. I am going to correct that here by saying that I am the primary not the secondary decider for the responsibility on myself regarding the extensions of time I am taking here.

960: Accusation Or Confession?

 Related to what seems to have been recently said about me, the first thing I want to do here is to emphatically negate any suspicion that I kept mostly silent about my story there because they held that thing over my head, even had they had the capability to support that with a video they can make played continuously in Time Square and also available for purchase in CDs. As for how to take what was said, it reminds me of the trick question asked to kids where I came from, about whether a kilo of cotton is heavier than a kilo of iron or the other way around. This is not far behind in how looking at what was presented as a whole can counter being misleadingly impressed by part of it. But first of all let's point out that even assuming what was said here was about a person with no special story associated with it, it would still be much better than what they did, because of being that much about affecting the doer itself rather than other people. Now, lets see how what they threw at me itself reverses back much of the associated responsibility toward them. First, they chose to go there despite how it is neither has anything to do with answering my allegations of their conspiracy and rejection to me, nor to complain about being affected by it (what they said about me). Second, the connectivity imposed by the shared living environment of a family grants an implied expectation of confidentiality on private matters regardless of the level of differences. So given that I did not volunteer telling them what they said about me, was there a reason, not just technically applicable but really worth going against that expectation of confidentiality? Third, even if we assume there was no problem with the unusual way with which they dealt with the issue of my existence, their confidence in that still should not be as if it was done by a laser guided device. So what person with even little moral values would use what they used here to attack me like that rather than being the first one troubled by the question of his potential role in causing that?  Fourth,  once again, even if we go beyond the preceding point itself and assume that what was done to me resulted in having equal existence to others and it is okay to be that much confident about it, how about being troubled about the guilt of taking away the better status associated with that original existence especially with regard to something as related in subject as what they said about me?

Those were the people who played that conspiracy on me with regard to rejecting, not something done or acquired, but an attribute or feature that is part of the person himself. And with that thing being that much in their brains, and that much freedom from morality in their behaviour toward me plus the capability of showing  characters that are as far from suspicion as the ones they are capable of showing, how much one who existed from birth in an environment targeting him like that can avoid having the absence of knowledge about the existence of that conspiracy hidden thing leads him to substitute false view to the self and the world as explanation to the bad or depth lacking behaviour he sees around him? 

959: Haunted Houses

 Although I have been living in this country for over 29 years and still not even close to figure out why my neighbors can hear everything I do but I cannot hear anything they do (including machine sounds like for example vacuuming), I never expected the mystery to turn to magic tricks like this. I got a neighbor here detecting through sound transfer between houses the exact moment when I begin to sleep or get deeper into my thoughts even though I myself cannot feel any sound accompanying any physiological changes associated with those two mental processes. And it is not even like they struggle to detect those sounds. It feels like I can turn on whatever I want of electric devices and raise the volume of a stereo and a TV both near me and at the side that is closer to their house and they can still easily detect that regardless of where my body is or its status including walking (Of course the latter applies only to thinking. I do not sleepwalk).

Even if we assume that I and the conspirators around me lived equally, from the outside, in that environment (and that is light years away from the facts), and aside from the issue of what better and/or less bad potential alternative was taken away from me by altering my reality that way, did that conspiracy at least offer me the world at the same level it offers it to the conspirators? The answer is a huge NO. That is because they can connect to the world with the depth brought by the empowerment of knowing about that conspiracy while I connect to it through the shallow way of lacking that knowledge, and get built internally with that shallowness. That difference is magnified even much more with me being the target of that conspiracy.

 Although the level may vary, generally, anyone, male or female, with a face that generally impress lookers as being 10 out of 10 in beauty (It could be less, because the main point here is  express a shocking effect) could have lived through psychotic reaction to their existence that was fighting that existence. Therefore the self recovery may depend on seeing that reaction. In doing so, there is a potential hurdle that is unbelievable in its difficulty and how much it lingers and needs to be considered again and again. I am referring to the potential capability of such people to show characters that are far from fitting the reality of their real position, and how much weight we give to the actions of a person should reflect back morally on him. If you think that is not a big deal then that itself could be supporting this view because of not looking enough at the micro level which such people master. Anyone remember my term "deceptive psychotics"? That was a term I made mainly based on those with whom I lived then noticed a similar phenomenon in serial killers and the term sociopath. But I think that we need to be carful not to confuse symptoms with causations. I think that like those here, sociopaths could be just fighting reality but in different direction. Anyway, I think that at least with those here, since the issue is about fighting reality, to begin with, such capability to internally deny reality should not be surprising. The only way I can see out of this is to keep focusing on the outer facts and carefully consider their weight again and again, which is a process that I myself is probably still very far from having it take me to where internally I feel what happened to me in the environment in which I lived as I should without the psychotic deception and disguise of those who where around me.

To give an example about the difficulty here, my father had four sisters and two brothers, and one of the brothers never entered the place where I was living (Except one time later because of fleeing Baghdad at the beginning of the gulf war of the 1990). It only very late occurred to me that his reaction could be because of the dirtiness of the conspiracy on me where I lived and the requirement on visitors to adhere to it.  With all the pressure and disregard I faced that focused on me being the youngest without me knowing the real reason behind it, the sky was closer to me from expecting that the eldest person in my father's family cared that much about me. Although the kind of character deception was a huge factor in making me affected by that, it is not the example I sought here. What I want to mention here is how the oldest brother to me at least one time said criticizing how that uncle told him when he visited that one ought not to do much visiting to his relatives (imagine the kind of moral dirtiness that made that uncle of mine says something like that for apparently such short visits especially in an environment where at least fake offering to host a guest is a must like there) and I listen to that with the probability of seeing a potential for something bad even close to make that brother deserve even close to be treated that way feels rejected like trying to fit a one foot inside a one inch square box. 

As for why did he risk saying that in front of me, I think it is part of enjoying the strength of his deception and/or psychotic way to prove how that uncle was wrong for reacting that way. Actually that was not the only time I felt my outside appearance was used as an argument for that what was being done to me was not that bad. But aside from how one can be affected by a thing without recognizing what affects him or even just being affected, someone could have amputated a leg of mine from birth then made me required to walk miles every day and I may still try to laugh and live my life like no problem if he was able to make me not detect that amputation as something special to me or otherwise I could be told why are you complaining of something everyone have to go through?

 As mentioned before, the way I think Jon Bennet was killed is that her brother hit her causing a fracture in her skull then she was finished off with strangulation by the parents. But thinking about how much there was a tendency by those in my own story to do things to me the passive way made me comeback to a scenario I thought about, earlier, suggesting that how the parents, or at least one of them, enabled the occurring of that killing goes even higher than the level discussed in post 953. Given that that six years old girl was killed that close to the Christmas day, does anyone know what kind of gifts the parents bought for their children? What if what caused the fracture in the skull of that girl was something, like for example a baseball bat, that was bought to the brother as his gift?

By the way, related to that joke ransom note, from the first time I looked at it I thought about it being written with the hand that is not the one usually used by that writer when writing, not the "disguised hand writing" being talked about out there. Also had that note ended with something like for example "Thank You" one would have questioned its authenticity because of how that end does not fit a letter demanding a ransom. But we have even significantly more than being a mere nonfit, with how that letter ended. Why would a ransom demand ends with "Victory"? It is not an instructions or directives letter from the main office of an organization to its branches. But having it fitting such a unity betrays the attempt to hide that the sender and the receiver are same entity.

  I do not see anything obligating me not to sue this corruption guy for other things he did even if I win my current issue with him at the court. One special thing for which I do not intend to give him a free pass is the issue of the tracking device in my car if there is one, and I think there is. I think he did that as a substitute to tracking me through my cell phone after I discovered that and began carrying the phone and its battery separately (this option is not available with my current cell phone). And if the audacity of doing that when I was publicly bringing the attention and posting about being tracked by him is not enough, the level of his disregard to the system and the consequences seems to have been making him enjoy messing things for me at my target destinations and in a way that has nothing for him but affecting me personally (even with taking into account the ridiculous way he has been claiming to serve his purpose). Otherwise it is very probable that he could have kept tracking me (and even use detecting the radio stations to which I tune while on a long distance travel, to convey to me the fake reality and news he has been conveying) without being detected even anywhere close to how I see things now.

 Related to the preceding post, I want to make things clearer by saying that at least while I still have not presented a new argument, I consider myself the one choosing, for myself, to allow the passing of time here and I also consider myself as responsible for the effect of the additional time I am taking here, on myself, the same way someone requesting an extension of time for his official case would be responsible for the consequences resulting from granting his request including the possibility of unnecessary delaying of his own wining of that case.

 Although I probably have been making those who did that in my own story enjoying what they may take as a win over reality, because of my long silence on it, I want to mention here that it seems unavoidable that the girl in the preceding post faced very similar psychotic reaction to her existence from everyone around her. In my case the reaction was much more that of unity on the rejection and conspiracy side. On the other hand things seems here more like a mess in their outside appearance and that could have been what made things worse to the level of physical killing. You get all the jealousy to which the other sibling can be driven to with seeing that girl win one beauty pageant after another while being being paraded around, and you also get the rejection to the existence of that girl which the other sibling can easily detect in the internal environment of the parents and take as green light to react according to that jealousy. Such reaction does not need to be a direct murder plan. It could have just simply followed the "unintentional" path of allowing the self to be less restricted while playing around that girl, that was encouraged by how that girl was like a toy or a pet to the parents.

292: Original Prosecutor On Jon Bennet Case

  While trying to see what powers the position of Colorado State attorney general could have been giving to those occupying it to react to how that case was handled, I found this. This is the original prosecutor apparently Then, and This in 2018. As if there is any more room to see more corruption here, could anyone avoid seeing there an intentional effort to sedate the people? 

Of course I realize that, with the earth shaking level of clear corruption related to handling this case, I could be pointing out the relatively minor before the major.  

951: The Choice By vs. For People of a Nation

I wonder how much was it attainable to conduct internationally monitored and approved referendums in Afghanistan and Iraq in which people choose from carefully prepared options the kind of military involvement relationship they want with this country, before leaving those places? Actually this option is still not blocked internally for Iraq.

Clearly the real free choice of people of different nations for the kind of relationship they want with each other has priority over the external standard of international rules.

 Aside from why did plan A for that country fail, why should plan B have that much reversal? Why isn't it to keep the airstrikes on the government formed by the opposing side? Or is it that such option is only considered with the less bad and not having as much criminal history militia? Anything more you want to give the Saudis?

Second, if you believe there is an ISIS as separate entity there how far are you from being sold "an ocean front propriety" there? And I also would like to know how have you been identifying enemies so far? Besides, how probable is it that the difference between that alleged separate ISIS side and the Taliban is big enough to conduct the recent attack that killed thirteen solders and risk derailing the withdrawal of the troops? Or is it that the best fit here is to see that as the exaggeration that fired back? You are in a different galaxy if you think that any alleged separation here is comparable to the Sunny Shia separation.

 +292: For A Real Justice System

 For anyone here involved in making penal laws here is an important test: Imagine that people you do not know from a country you do not know came to you and asked you to make their penal laws and you accept. Any difference in the laws between there and here should not be based on the mere difference in the identities of the people and countries between there and here. Justice systems should be rooted at being an individual not being a privileged group. 

947: Something Easier There

 One thing about living powerless under an oppressive  tyranny is that there is no moral call or obligation like here to correct what your representative government does to people elsewhere in the world. So while that call may press for more specific pointing let me at least speak in general terms and emphasize that we need to treat people in other countries the way we like to be treated. So by as much as we would have wanted no support for a dictatorship ruling us had we been  living under one, we should not do that to people in other countries of the world. And yes the moral comparison should begin from this level, because democracy is the only just way and therefore none democratically elected regimes are stealing the countries they rule from their people. I want to be impowered by being on the right side not just protected by the mighty strength of my country. 

946: No Justification

 Again, the Saudis have shown nothing justifying their attacks in Yemen as self defense, which is the only thing that would have permitted those attacks on another country, and the western powers also have no right to do such attacks just to balance out the powers there because of what they had done earlier to the other side (But I am also not denying how the  attacks by the Saudis could have been much more devastating and careless about blood shedding if it were not for those western powers regulating them).

But it would be a different matter for the western powers if they seek to do something as good to the people as establishing a democratic system there and those actions are done only by as much as necessary for that purpose. While there may be fear for a repetition of what happened in Iraq, given that there is a militia there that seems capable of having the control on the country if it were not for attacks by air strikes from external military powers, the environment here seems to be far from being similar to that of Iraq, if the militia here chooses democracy which is the only just solution for everywhere.  

945: Reinventing The Constitution Wheel

 I am not a law professional and before trying to take a look at that thing people talk about called the second amendment, less than ten years ago, I was not even sufficiently clear on what role it should play. But now that I am better in understanding that and have read the Constitution of this country, I wonder about the additional complication  related to writing a new constitution for Iraq during the more urgent stage at the beginning of establishing a democratic system there. How much could people differ in their need at such a starting point and for a thing that allows being amended like this constitution? Actually, it even just require restricting the mode of amending stated there to only public voting, to make approval of amendments caries the same validity as approval of the Constitution.

Now for the situation in Yemen, those who are really for democracy, whoever they are, are the good guys, and those who oppose that are the bad guys no matter who they are, and the Constitution of this country, with its amendments, is one  ready starting point for beginning a democratic process everywhere.   

In Case Someone Wondering

Related to the recent event of murdering of Shia civilians with that explosion in Iraq, it, again, should not need a reminder that whether a person is a Shia, Sunny, Christian, Yazidi, or with any other faith or belief, that should not lower even a tiny bit seeing that the blood of that person is morally protected. But just in case someone draws the conclusion that for the Shia to be targeted like that they must have a belief that is at least very far fetched in relation to Islam, that person may get shocked with how depending on even just the Sunny books suggests the other way around. I was a teenager of an age that probably was closer to childhood when I first asked myself why do I believe in this sect rather than that. But later finding an answer based on the resources of the Sunny themselves was like a walk in the park. There is no comparison between choosing between Islam and a different religion (or no religion) and between those two sects. That is because in the latter case there is a shared root and that root is the prophet of Islam. Trying to really follow that root leaves no doubt in which side is the correct one and how much the claims of the other side is hard to even reconcile within just itself.

It is this clarity of facts what the Saudis are really trying to fight with their persecution of the Shia wherever they can reach them.

291: The Outrageous Silence And Tolerance

This is completely unacceptable. Even if we assume we are legally helpless against corruption like that to which the preceding post refers, why is it being passed by with this low level of publicly pointing it out? The need to be restricted by a law should not be confused as implying that it is better not to criticize a thing as long as it does not violate the law. The power a society has through public shaming and preventing the unjust conduct or behaviour from mixing itself with the rest and appearing undistinguishable should be far from being ignored or underestimated like this, especially wherever and whenever the law cant reach or fails to reach. Beginning with those who are closest to the field where the wrong was done, making such criticisms with their unofficial capacities could be even more required from those who themselves are employed by the government. For example,  what prevents honest prosecutors from voicing out their true opinions about such an outrageous dealing with a case, to the maximum allowed by law? Do they think that the system as a whole is served better by extending the restriction of having an official role to include their views and opinions regardless of the level of corruption they see in other jurisdictional domains?

I just want to know if the people there think that there is a competition for voting the lowest human beings as district attorneys? Otherwise why have they been keeping for twenty four years now those who conspire on the blood of that six years old whose skull was fractured with a baseball bat then finished off by strangulation like something that does not count?

 To all those corrupt prosecutors and media who pretend otherwise to hide reality with regard to the killing of JonBenét Ramsey, there isn't even a shadow of reasonable doubt that that six years old was killed by those living with her inside that house, period. Things fit in this direction and against that joke intruder claim to the level that it feels even the walls are about to scream and say what was just pointed out here and if there were a reasonable doubt in this case then nobody would have been convicted in any other case.

 What is in the preceding post seems to fit with similar effort but from the other side which I have mentioned before. I am referring to how the view of corruption of officials seems to be limited to situations of bribery and exclude favoritism, here. Both, the thing in the preceding post and this one seems to be related to losing the meaning of corruption but one through over expanding that meaning while the other through over limiting it. Although the group identity issue seems to have a noticeable big connection with how much favoritism is underestimated as corruption in this country.

There is a TV show called Corrupt Crimes which I have seen other episodes of it without having any problem in seeing that title fits the stories. But I have watched two episodes of it today where the story has nothing to do with what one may categorize as corruption.  I wonder if that is to push people away from recognizing corruption even more than how the group identity issue seems to have already taken away feeling corruption here?

It just occurred to me that I could have been thinking mostly about the show titled American Greed when I wrote that I saw other episodes of this show before. Nevertheless, the problem could be even bigger if the corruption category is applied like this for no ulterior motive.

Related to THIS case was the claim of death (suicide) in jail sufficiently verified? It is not just the claim itself but also how the behavior of the guy fits that of someone backed by some power that can pull corruption at such level for him. He did not show efforts to provide an alibi and hide evidences even close to that which someone in his position would do. And the killing he did was also not far from reflecting how dare you double cross me attitude that fits being in such position of power.

Related to a different case, although I may come back to it at some other future time, I still want to ask how often the prosecutor overrides indictment by its grand jury like the prosecutor of the JonBenét Ramsey case did? Unless I am missing that that grand jury had the power to indict on its own, why then did he go there in the first place? How much any other explanation can compete with that of someone seeking an excuse to serve some corrupt purpose but that effort made things worse for him and he was forced to show his original  intention even clearer?

285: How About This Deal?

  Apparently it is not good enough for THIS guy that he easily  won the fight and beat the other guy but he also runs over the other guy back and forth with his car and then drive with the body of that other guy dragged with the car and finally finish things off with hitting or dropping a concrete block on the head of that other guy when this guy arrives at his garage. Then after what seems the result of special dedication by the honest part of law enforcement there, which involved dismantling the car piece by piece to finally find DNA evidence, this guy gets a deal of 12 years or less of imprisonment. Yes, finding the body of the victim and the concrete block thing came after the deal. But why would one want to make such a deal that early after discovering that incriminating evidence? All what was in the video does not counter the appearance of corruption there and in fact may actually make things fit that view better. Although I am not sure it will appear like that to anyone who really thinks that the allegations of Epstein death and Zimmerman court looked enough as not fake.

 I insisted on criticizing the handling of that case about the guy whose company claimed false sales to Walmart and Costco, by the FBI, and the silence of congress on that handling, because I ignored the possibility that if the CEO claims not knowing these things it could be seen as casting reasonable doubt. But at least based on some other case I watched on TV, it seems I shouldn't have taken such a position.

And by the way, aside from other things about Zimmerman's case, why should the injuries of Zimmerman be seen as  justifying a self defense claim but the fear of a teenager who finds himself suddenly being approached by an adult and the teenager reacts by running away then gets chased by that adult should not be? If the answer is that that fear could have also supplied justification for a self defense claim then what if the killing had happened the other way around? Should we not care about that and just rule in favor of the survivor like a jungle?

 281: Corruption And Congress

 Believe it or not it seems that the charges brought against Epstein were Federal charges. So this extremely suspicious situation of acting as if the claim that he died in prison did not sound like made up show belongs proudly to the head of our government here. On the other hand they broke the record of the shortest silence time with the two trillions they authorized at the beginning of this corona virus exaggeration scam. The speed with which that was done makes it hard to avoid thinking that it was not done for the people but to make things run smoothly for the scam. And it does not even appear that they gave close to that  level of decisiveness and actionable care with regard to this matter throughout the preceding time. So which path is more believable, the one suggesting sudden change or the one providing better connection by suggesting a planned thing?

932: The Killing of Arab Singer Thekra (ذكرى)

 Based on seeing that Saudi guy on TV yesterday, apparently it is not enough for those running that dictatorship all what is known about what they have done inside and outside that country but they also want to say that they may respond to words with targeted killings and assassinations. But why go far for doing that and with a story like the one shown yesterday instead of the well known and very commonly seen as the work of the Saudi government story of killing the singer Thekra/Thikra/Zekra/Zikra (ذكرى). I remember first hearing about that and find it very suspicious in 2003 even without knowing any reason for the Saudis to do that. The news of her death on one Arabic TV network stated that she was shot by her manager who then also shot herself. It was not until well over a decade later that I knew while browsing Youtube that she sang a song criticizing the Saudi ruling family very close to her killing and how people seem confident of that being the reason she was killed.

931: New Kind Of Sinking Here?

I doubt that I am the only one noticing how the second stimulus payment status check provided by the IRS website is a joke and makes one feels like dealing with thugs. And this is also supported by how the website says that the payment can be claimed with tax return for 2020. Of course it is good to know that but how the way it is said suggests that it is not an unusual thing that you may not receive the payment even though according to the law you should be, is the troubling thing. Or is it that the problem is that in addition to the faking of presidents and attacks, we now also have faking the passing of laws?      

930: And The Saudi Privilege Continues

 I talked about this years ago and the situation still the same.  How many other countries are there giving themselves the right to military attack another country just because it favors one side over another in the power struggle in the attacked country, like the Saudi government blatantly has been doing in Yemen for years? The world got that many voices against attacking Iraq regardless of the assurance of the intention to establish a democratic system there, but this is okay?

By the way, a democratic system of one person one vote for everybody, including a reasonable constitution if needed, is the just solution for everywhere.

280: Zero Calories Same As 1/3.2 The Calories?- 2

 I wonder if the other side may argue that using the product as a substitute to table sugar is itself what fits the "amount customarily consumed" regardless of what uses exist for the level of sweetness provided by that amount.  

But again the most important thing is for the FDA and other agencies not to override or disable the common law and language people use, in the information presented from the maker to the consumer, without requiring the signaling there for dependency on their rules.

 279: FDA Got Nothing Better To Do?

Related to the preceding post, even if that rule was made for amounts customarily used in life and were applied correctly, still, why would we need such a rule? How can the customer be better protected here? How good is it to read nutrition information thinking that the maker is responsible for its claims, but then it turns out that the FDA allows different thing without the knowledge of the consumer? I have always wondered about food labeling rules like this one where the common law and language render them completely unnecessary. Regardless, that could still be done with much less harm and betrayal to the consumer if the FDA were to require the maker of the product to mention that such information (like, for example, here, calling the calorie amount, zero calorie, if it is less than 5 calories) is according to an FDA rule if that maker is depending on that rule, instead of communicating to the consumer through a new language known only to the FDA itself and the maker of the product. Otherwise, how can what is going on in such cases be seen but fraud supported by the government?

Apparently that is what the math of Splenda sucralose packet sweeteners and/or the math of the FDA says. Take a look at the "Energy (caloric) content" section of this Wikipedia Page on Splenda. What does "amount customarily used" mean? If it is something the maker of the product sets on its own, then one can also take table sugar itself and market it in packets as zero calorie sweetener. Otherwise, in what customarily uses one packet of Splenda gives the needed sweetness? So what is going on here? How can a product be marketed as having zero calorie content when it in facts has close to one third the calories? Is this corruption at the rule making or at the lack of enforcing that rule level? Or both?
