825: Heller's Case Huge Group Identity Elephant

There is no shortage of elephants coexisting in different dimensions in the opinion there. So despite continuously colliding with this one  I went first to those in other dimensions because of focusing more on interpreting the Amendment.
The theory there suggested that because of the association of dismantling the militias with the disarming of the public in history, the Second Amendment could have been intended to prevent a similar result. But, since it does not take empowerment of the arms as a necessary reason, it suggested taking that association by the makers of the Amendment without a connection for how it could have been understood as a cause and result.
How could one see the making and acceptance, and even merely insufficient questioning for such a theory as being other than very abnormal thinking? Because of how it seems to treat formation of the militia like creation of a club which has to be established first for one to join, the only thing  I  see motivating such a thinking is the motivation for establishment of group identity I have been talking about.
Or it maybe that this view for the formation of the militia from the outside in instead of the inside out was not an underground reason but was directly taken as supplying that necessary connection. Either way the deeper explanation connect to that same group identity establishment thing.
