823: Got Too Much of That?

The shallow way of taking the constitution compared to the depth in thinking with which other fields here are taken reminds me of a comic I read where I came from (I think it is translated from French) and a scene there about being at a beach in an Arab Land and one adult shouting at a kid in the middle of the sand area, apparently trying to avoid spoiling that relaxed environment "Put back the plug! There is too much oil here".   
(Being not a native English speaker, I feel like I deserve to hear some cheering if I did get the use of "at" and "in" correctly above in relation to places)
