                                                 A Better Expression

Seeing again the abhorrent way this guy is willing to twist and fabricate to deny and misrepresent reality made me yesterday notice a better way to express the extent to which I want my refusal to apply. It is as simple as this:
From after a day or more after I receive the offer amount,  I would not receive any amount over it until after July 1.
So here the ball is at the other side.  Because of what I am being pressured to do, if they send it to me in one payment I would take it all, which is what seems to be required from me in order to avoid. Anyone wants to see how much I am truly on refusing the above the offer amount can now test that by following the plan above.

The court probably has been giving me the opportunity to take this path since I made the refusal but I did not even though the difference between not participating in something and trying to stop it here was something I thought of. But yesterday I saw it more clearly when I saw this guy having the audacity against reality in attempting to show how much the temptation of getting more could change my refusal decision, even though I am still at the stage of not yet receiving what I was supposed to receive.

But again let us not forget how huge is the amount of the offer. And given that my big stories with him started with a $10k that jumped within weeks or less to millions in value, imagine the additional punishment he gets from having me with such financial power compete against him.
...

I want to point out that I had never felt from the court but what sounded like it is eager to finish my situation as soon as I submit my argument, and all this prolonging appeared from nothing after I did. Also, although it could have been initially intended as just a threat (and that is one of the reasons why I did not try to undo it until later, starting from declaring my focus being on just the offer then moving on to higher levels later), but the bet also felt like being timed for when I submit my argument or the year end, whichever comes first, then all this time extension  came (in multiple rounds) later after I did.
